Crispy Fried Tofu

Materials
- One block of extra-firm tofu, pressed
- Corn Starch (1.5 cups)
- Adobo (3 tbsp)
- Chili Powder (1.5 tbsp)
- Vegetable Oil
Steps
- Heat oil in a frying pan on the stove at medium heat
- Cut tofu into 1/4" slices; cut slices as desired
- With your first batch of tofu, toss in corn starch mixture, and introduce to oil. It is important that the pieces of tofu are mixed with the corn starch immediately before they are introduced to the pan
- Once tofu feels firm on egdes, flip. Cook for 90 more seconds
- Put finished tofu onto a drying rack, or plate lined with paper towels
- Serve hot and enjoy!
